At the top of the [[helium]] article there is this text "This page is about the chemical element helium. For the American indie rock band Helium see Helium (band). " Simply add a link to [[helium (album)]] as well. If too many things called "Helium" are listed, then move all of them to [[Helium (disambiguation)]] and put {{otheruses}} at the top of the [[helium]] article. That is a template ref that will say "For other uses see [[helium (disambiguation)."
All this is part of the disambiguation block style of disambiguation. Full disambiguation is only used when there is no clearly dominant meaning for a term. See [[Mars]] for an example.
