The URL http://www.wikipedia.com/wiki/special%3ARandomPage does not (according to Mozilla) specify the "Expires" HTTP header. There is no HTML tag that specifies it either. This might explain why it sticks in the proxy cache. Try to set Expires to Jan 1, 1970 and see if that helps:
<META HTTP-EQUIV="expires" CONTENT="Thu, 1 Jan 1970 00:00:00 GMT">
(Do not waste time to find out the current time, because the proxy's internal clock might be out of sync.)
