Nope, I, unfortunately, do not think so. People
are not naturally
neutral. That is not so bad when many people can
work at the same time

neutrality is an issue
on the french wiki. If you are sure it is easy,
and if you speak
french, come and help me please. Right now, it is

courage, time and opportunity come back :-)
I can try and help: what's the page?
Oh, well, I guess it's now swimming in different places...but after several discussions not going in the right direction, it was interesting to raise the issues of what consensus was and what neutrality was. I was "lazy" and did a little bit of translation of some stuff about neutrality on wiki I agreed on, to trigger reactions. You may find these here http://fr.wikipedia.com/wiki.cgi?Wikipedia-La_Neutralit%E9_De_Point_De_Vue/D...
I think it rather "depressing". Especially since I believe most contributors are supporting the en definition of neutrality. I guess there are some times when things work better when no official policy is set. Better good habits with a few questionable points of view, than a wrong policy spoiling the good habits... So, I dropped the point; maybe I should just launch a good old very-biaised article to see what happen. Something like excision or hidjab wearing in public republican schools...but, not now.
BTW, when is fr: switching to phase III? Is there anything I can do to help with that too?
I let the translation page on the english embassy, for I didnot really where to put it (and had a very bad time moving it, too big a file to be confortable with). So I hope some of our developper will be able to take on the next step when the other wikis are done. Buzz, in particular, tried it as best as he could on his pc, to minimize bugs numbers. Could never reproduce the edit conflict though :-) Who could tell us what we need to do next, and when ?
