I don't think wikipedia does suffer from slashdotting still, does it? In other words, any load we see now will not magically get better when /.ers forget about us.
I've already changed the message on RecentChanges to something which should be nearer to the truth. The red alert on the "Editing" pages should be changed (or deleted), too, but I can't do that.
Unless I'm mistaken of course ...
