Has anyone yet suggested a "Watch this user" function?
This would be a link on an IP user page, which then highlights that user's edits on Recent Changes. It might be useful for users who don't actually vandalize, but who make what appear to be mistakes, or just pop in to post a few links to their crackpot pseudoscience site. (someone recently added a paragraph on omelettes to an completely unrelated article... bizarre!)
That way we can keep an eye on their activities in RC, catch up with well-meaning beginners & clean up behind non-damaging but undesirable edits.
