This unwiki wiki won't allow anonymous posts, but somebody could get an account there and ask, or there are some email addresses to try. This RaDaR guy seems to know English just fine, but an approach in German might be even better.
Wikimedia.de seems to be a project bound to some progressive computer/ internet culture and politics projects, i.e. there are connections to the German Chaos Computer Club, to c-base, to the Informationsfreiheiten.de wiki (a connection of Berlin-based German Internet politics groups) and so on. I'm pretty sure they will disambiguate on their Wikimedia wiki, but I'm so sure they will give the domain to us. I'll send Radar a short notice explaining the situation (in German) and will inform this list about the outcome.
