1. https://incubator.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wp/gbm/%E0%A4%AE%E0%A5%81%E0%A4%96_%E0%... - This is the Incubator page, where test pages in this language are already being written. You can join this effort.
2. https://incubator.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Manual - These are the instructions for writing in the Incubator.
3. https://translatewiki.net/ - This is the site where the user interface of Wikipedia is translated. Someone has already started translating it into Garhwali, but more work is needed. Please create an account there. Make sure to select the language into which you want to translate in the account creation form.
