Your subsequent ban was probably because of your attempt to cause trouble by getting Guanaco in trouble for this first ban. This is a reasonable ban, though it may still be in violation of guidelines for the topic.
IP address evidence has led some to suggest that you are Lir. General conversational evidence *clearly* indicates that you know what you are doing. Since you are so familiar with us as to describe the procedures which you claim have been violated, you should also know about all the guidelines and procedures which YOU have violated. You seem to conveniently ignore these and focus instead on causing trouble (attempting to get Guanaco desysopped), particularly since it seems plausible (if not quite certain) that you were DELIBRATELY attempting to get banned in an attempt to get Guanaco in trouble. This behavior may be generally described by some as "trolling" and is widely considered undesirable.
