And again, I don't think you've differentiated the articles you are concerned about. The entire copyvio category is a "potential legal liability" as well. Are you talking about a few rare extraordinary exceptions? In those cases, what is wrong with simple and old methods like raising a gang of editors on IRC or asking another editor to take care of it?
