I do not get any edit link on the special page. The only access I seem to get is about the title (from system messages), which I already translated. But I do not see the list anywhere.
I have created an example list at http://pms.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Andoa_trov%C3%A9_dij_l%C3%ACber -- take a look at the example (You can check the result by clicking at the example ISBN I have put to http://pms.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Sandbox) and edit it as you wish.
