Forget the last message about the UK ISP's blocking certain articles, the sentence I pasted from wikinews said the some wikimedia sites are blocked altogether by some UK ISP's. That should clarify what I'm been saying.

For the purpose of this argument, there is not a difference. The soverign can choose when and how its will is exercised without ever implying acceptance. UK censorship

It's too bad the UK is censoring Wikipedia. I'm just shocked to see an English Country that's fully developed to censor Wikipedia. It is like the "China" problem turing into the "UK" problem. I hope that the UK would stop this so everyone can go on with their lives on wikipedia. Techman224
