Tim, where did you find that copyright notice? It's not on that page
and I haven't been able to find it. And the site does have much more
info than the CIA book; I'd like to begin adding it. :-)

Hi all,
My itinerary for July 31-August 11:
July 31-August 1: Izhevsk-Moscow
August 1: Moscow-Paris-Dublin
August 2: Dublin-Donegal
August 10: Donegal-Dublin
August 11: Dublin-Shannon-New Jersey-Las Vegas
As you can see, I will be returning to the U.S. on August 11, and I'll be
taking a vacation in Ireland (fiddling :-) ) before I return.
Internet contact will be virtually impossible while travelling from Izhevsk
to Donegal, from July 31 to August 2, and while travelling from Donegal to
Las Vegas, from August 10 to 11. Once in Donegal, I will have intermittent
access--I *think* I'll be able to download my e-mail, but I'm not too sure
about that. If not, the best I might be able to do is to write very short
replies to the most crucial messages. It's very possible that I won't be
working on Wikipedia at all, so you'll all just have to behave yourselves
:-) . Anyway, the week that I'm in Donegal, I will probably not be online
for more than several hours, all together. Once back in Las Vegas, I'll be
able to work harder than ever.

These background notes have a great deal of information, more than the CIA
factbook.
