Hello all!

In order to meet the Foundation's growing needs, we are searching for a couple more volunteers to help manage Wikimedia's email response system, commonly referred to as OTRS. The volunteer shall be responsible for accepting or declining requests for assistance and managing queues, helping with reporting and closing inactive accounts. This is a cross-project endeavor, and the candidate should be able to distinguish useful contributors who may be applying from multiple projects in different languages as well as responding to emails on his/her own.
