The Pontic wikipedia has launched! Everyone is welcome to participate in the project. Also, I would like to thank Brion Vibber because he responded to my mail and arranged the launch of the wikipedia.

Why is the name of Republic of Macedonia on Pontic Wikipedia "Η Δημοκρατίαν τη Βαρδάρονος" [1] (Republic of Barbarians), not like on Greek Wikipedia Η πρώην Γιουγκοσλαβική Δημοκρατία της Μακεδονίας [2] (Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia)? I see that this name is supported by you [3].
Such behavior is totally unacceptable by one admin of a Wikimedia project and I am asking others to express their opinion about your adminship at this project.

My Greek is not very good (in other word: I don't speak a word), but to me it reads "Vardar" and not "Barbar". Vardar is a river in Macedonia. The name is not offensive in any way. Well, it's definitely a name that expresses discontent about the alleged "occupation" of the name "Macedonia", but it's in no way anything suitable to doubt anybody's admin status. If that's the common name for Macedonia in the Pontic community, the article should be under that name. If it's not, well, then find references supporting that and argue on the wiki. But dragging the issue on the "international stage" won't be helpful in any way.

Exactly Marcus, Greeks, when refering FYROM, prefer the name Vardaria (no barbaria). It is neutral (not offensive) word.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Macedonia_naming_dispute#Stalemate
The use of Macedonia is reserved for the Greek "nomo"
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Macedonia_(Greece)
The use of the Macedonia for non greek territories is consider an usurpation.
.m.l.

I'm not sure about the absolute neutrality. It may be an "informal" name certainly, but the el.wp article is at the title "Proin Giounkoslaviki Dimokratia tis Makedonias".
