No, I think it will be restricted to those OVER 18, and restricted FROM
those under 18. :-P
Seriously, the issue with the age limit is that on the elections wiki, the
committee members have access to IP information to check for instances of
double-voting. As you know, that contravenes the Foundation policy. (I
happen to think it's a silly application of the policy, but whatever.)
There's no reason one of our younger contributors couldn't serve on the
elections committee if that feature could be separated from the balance of
the duties.
