If a member of the board does not have complete confidence in the
chair, that's a serious problem, and I think trying to keep that quiet

take precedence over Florence's feelings - she made that decision by
joining the board.
I have had the pleasure of meeting both of these individuals,
and would
at least assume good faith for both of their efforts. We could
speculate about their motives, but that would not be a constructive
exercise if it would make it more difficult for them to work together.
