Dear All, it is with great pleasure that I inform you that the Polish branch of Wiki Loves Monuments 2011 (running under the name "Wiki Lubi Zabytki") has been nominated and went through to the final of a public plebiscite for a "History Event of 2011".
The plebiscite is organised by the Museum of Polish History http://www.en.muzhp.pl/ and a vortal http://historia.org.pl/. You can vote for Wiki Loves Monuments at http://www.whr2011.muzhp.pl/ until February 29; the only requirement is to give your e-mail address and agree to receive e-mails about goings-on in the Museum of Polish History.
I have been asked to forward that message to this list, but as I wouldn't like to do any sort of canvassing, it's all up to you (and I am not voting myself) :-))
