The plebiscite is organised by the Museum of Polish History <http://www.en.muzhp.pl/> and a vortal <http://historia.org.pl/>. You can vote for Wiki Loves Monuments at <http://www.whr2011.muzhp.pl/> until February 29; the only requirement is to give your e-mail address and agree to receive e-mails about goings-on in the Museum of Polish History.
