Hi,
Going over the timelinehttp://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Wiki_Loves_Monuments_2012/Timelinethat has been set, were confident we can compress the tasks you have provided so we can hold a launch of the project in the Philippines on March 24. Uploading period of entries would still be in conformity with what is provided, from September 1 to 30. So practically from March 24 until September 30 they can take as much photos they would want to enter in the competition but could only upload them from September 1 to 30.
I'd like to know though how many entries can a country nominate, is it still 10?

Normally (at least this was the case in 2011) all photos are eligible, taken at any date (including distant past) provided they have been uploaded between Sep 1 and 30. You can start taking photos now.
Cheers Yaroslav
There are two sets of nominations: one are the worldwide nominations: that are 10 pictures, two are the national nominations: that number was in 2011 all to the organization to determine, with the top 10 of those getting into the international contest.

Hi Romaine,
I didn't quite get that, sorry I'm confused this is the first time we're participating.
So the national contest gets to nominate 2 images? While there would be worldwide nominations where 10 would be chosen by practically anyone?
Regards,
Roel
