Hi Romaine,
There are two sets of nominations: one are the worldwide nominations: that are 10 pictures, two are the national nominations: that number was in 2011 all to the organization to determine, with the top 10 of those getting into the international contest.
Greetings - Romaine

Date: Thursday, February 2, 2012, 9:58 AM-----Inline Attachment Follows-----Hi,Going over the timeline that has been set, were confident we can compress the tasks you have provided so we can hold a launch of the project in the Philippines on March 24. Uploading period of entries would still be in conformity with what is provided, from September 1 to 30. So practically from March 24 until September 30 they can take as much photos they would want to enter in the competition but could only upload them from September 1 to 30.I'd like to know though how many entries can a country nominate, is it still 10?Regards,
