hi David,
sorry it took so long to get back to you. Thanks a lot for your interest in
Wiki Loves Monuments and your kind offer to sponsor the contest with an
award.
As you understand, it is a bit of a complication for us to offer non-free
software, especially if that depends on another non-free software that
people have to purchase first to use yours (if I understand correctly). If
it were somehow combined with the Photoshop package (so that they can run it
as a package, and don't have to buy anything else to use the prize) then I
can imagine it to be a nice prize (although it is still no free software).
But with my current understanding of what you're offering (only the plugins)
I'm afraid it is not exactly suitable for our contest.
With kind regards,
Lodewijk Gelauff
international coordinator

Hello again,
Just as a point of feedback, our software tools are used by both
commercial and non-commercial photographers alike; for the photo
enthusiast, they can help improve the picture quality of their images as
well as to expand the creativity aspects. For the genre that is being
promoted through the Wiki Loves Monuments competition, there will be
instances where unwanted digital noise can affect the image when
shooting at high-speed and in low-light conditions, as one example. Our
Noiseware tool is very efficient at assisting the photographer to remove
noise and artifacts in post-processing that could not be avoided in the
capture stage. Here is a relevant set of examples from our Community

We appreciate the opportunity to participate as a sponsor, if you feel
it meets the charter and helps foster the spirit of your competition.
With best regards,
--David

The same templates could be used fot other Spanish monuments, so it would
be
better to name it "es_(gl)", that is Spain from gl.wiki, if local users
do not have in mind to do otherwise.
