hi David,
Hello again,
Just as a point of feedback, our software tools are used by both
commercial and non-commercial photographers alike; for the photo
enthusiast, they can help improve the picture quality of their images as
well as to expand the creativity aspects. For the genre that is being
promoted through the Wiki Loves Monuments competition, there will be
instances where unwanted digital noise can affect the image when
shooting at high-speed and in low-light conditions, as one example. Our
Noiseware tool is very efficient at assisting the photographer to remove
noise and artifacts in post-processing that could not be avoided in the
capture stage. Here is a relevant set of examples from our Community
Gallery: http://gallery.imagenomic.com/ViaLucisPhotography
We appreciate the opportunity to participate as a sponsor, if you feel
it meets the charter and helps foster the spirit of your competition.
With best regards,
--David
