That is why there is a whole process now to correct
the mistakes that
arise from this "non-professional system", including a dedicated
ombudsperson for the case(s).
It’s worth noting that the ombudsperson role has existed since the start of the FDC - the
role is there to receive, investigate and document complaints about the FDC process, see:

for details. The appeals to the board process has also existed from the start. Neither are
new processes that have been started since the creation of the FDC, as your comment
implies.
