I recall hearing about this idea before at least once. I'm emailing this to Steven Walling to get input from the Growth team. It's an interesting idea especially if WMDE tried it and had success.

Would it be possible to allow this to all chapters in future if they want to? To note, this is _not_ about changing the payment processing.
