I announced it on japanese wikipedia, only to realize that the voting is closed. Considering the fact that the bug was found so late that I suppose there could be a extention for the vote so that people who voted can make sure their opinions are counted.

We were also down for more than a day and Wiktionary was not upgraded for at least a few days into the election IIRC. I therefore suggest re-opening the vote and extending it until the end of Monday UTC time.
