Yes the nearly 400 video summaries of diseases have been removed from English Wikipedia. They will remain on commons being under a CC BY SA 4.0 license.
Updates and new video up loads will likely stop. Whether or not they will continue to use an open license for further content they produce is unclear.
I have requested they not mention collaborating with Wikipedia or Wiki Project Med Foundation going forwards and they have agreed not to mention collaborating with Wikipedia or Wiki Project Med Foundation going forwards.
