I don't speak for the GCs, but there's a redlink for the log on the meeting page on Meta, and someone has posted some notes on Etherpad. You can see the links at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/IRC/Group_Contacts/Meetings/October_2012.

If the log doesn't appear in a couple of days, I suggest that you contact one of the GCs to ask for an update.
