For those of you who have not read the news yet, Walter Cronkite, icon of the CBS Evening News, has passed away.
We are the continuation of the media industry that he helped define in many ways. My thoughts are with his family.

This is, indeed, very sad news. I can still see in my mind's eye his very moving announcement of the death of President Kennedy. His values were unshakeable. He leaves quite a legacy.
