Abuse of donated funds is not a confidential matter. If it has indeed
happened Danny has every right to inform the public. I'd almost go so
far as to say he has a duty to report it (in terms of ethics, not
legal principles).
Of course, that isn't what he's done. Instead he's made vague
references to problems instead of actual allegations which the accused
can defend himself against.

Hoi,
I think you are doing really well showing how well you will be able to
collaborate with your future colleagues, that is to say if you are indeed
going to run for board membership and if you are indeed elected .. two big
ifs.
You are also showing how professional you are by telling about things that
should be privileged information. It seems to me that it is reasonable to
expect you to keep the things confidential that happen during your
professional activities. It seems reasonable that issues are addressed while
working for an organisation. It seems reasonable to allow for an exit
interview because that is how you demonstrate that you are professional.
Then again, maybe my expectations are unreasonable.
Thanks,
Gerard

What Danny and Kelly say are not only "criticism", they are personnal
attacks and insults. When Danny says we are not taking responsability,
it is something else. It is somehow accusing us on the legal ground.
What will happen next ? Accusations of fraud ? Accusation of theft ? Or
what ? Is there a limit ? And all we should do is smile and accept to go
on being kicked ?
I would never accuse the Board of fraud or theft. Abuse of donated funds
is
another story entirely. Having a board member insist that the foundation
rent him a car so that he can go to the beach ... questionable to
furthering the
goals of the foundation.
