Thanks for your feedback. I think a somewhat 'heavyweight' approach is necessary to give the concept teeth. The goal is to have this adopted by the major PR organizations in the world, and if it doesn't set some ambitious but achievable goals it will just fade into the background as other attempts have. Not off the top of my head. I don't disapprove of the initiative itself. I'm vaguely contemplating what a minimal version would look like.
