Back on topic since I have wiki work to do, the enwiki dumps are busted and frozen for the enwiki.
Is the dump going to be skipped for enwiki for this period? If so, I will perform the updated translation runs on the previos build and post them.

This is temporary until Domas finishes fixing the permissions on the enwiki cluster.
Please note I will have limited internet access until I return home later this week from Boston, and may not be able to answer all queries immediately.
