Hi Praveena,
Can you provide a little more detail about what this meeting is likely to include? I am particularly interested in knowing if Lila will share a timeline and milestones for development of the Strategic Plan, and if we'll get an update from Analytics about accounting for mobile readership in the unique visitor data.
Thanks,
Pine

Hi Praveena,
My understanding is that the agenda for these meetings is set in advance and there is no time allotted for freeform discussion of unscheduled agenda items, though there may be Q and A about scheduled items. So, can you inquire in advance of the meeting about putting the topics that I mentioned onto the agenda?
Thanks, Pine On Sep 25, 2014 12:05 PM, "Praveena Maharaj" pmaharaj@wikimedia.org wrote:

Hi Pine,
Yes, I can and will relay your request to the team. Please bear in mind that we might not be able to address your inquiries this week -- it depends on how many topics are already in the pipeline for the next meeting.
Thanks, Praveena

Thanks Praveena. For future meetings, could you set up a place on Meta where people can make requests and suggestions for presentation topics?

Please post any such requests/suggestions on the talk page for the pending meeting, e.g.: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:WMF_Metrics_and_activities_meetings/201...
Re: analytics, this week's meeting will feature an update on the new "vital signs" dashboard the team has been working on. The minutes and slides for the most recent Analytics quarterly review (which took place last week) will be posted soon and include details on other recent work, including progress towards better readership metrics on mobile and desktop.

Sounds good, thanks Erik.
