I applied for OTRS a while back and was turned down. Not sure why. I have arranged the release of 10s of thousands of medical images and uploaded nearly a thousand myself. Am involved in dozens of collaborations with like minded organizations and I have a good grasp of copyright. Anyway I now have someone to ping when I need a faster response.
