I have created a site at http://speedwiki.elwiki.com/ which I am now setting up. I will start it there, and hope to move to WikiMedia soon.
I will now update the links in the Meta, and then go to sleep (02:09, germany).
Maybe somebody already feels like contributing...

Basically, a repository of copyleft/uncopyrightable things like code and boilerplate messages that people can copy and paste for their own use?
