Hello,
There is a handful of people discussion meta EDP. I'd be happy if others could join, because there is rather little chance that essentially two people with very different views will come to an agreement. We consequently need more "food" for thought.

The origin of the discussion came from Wikimania-related images being listed as non free, and prepared for deletion (eg, images of building, used to "advertise" a bid).
Thanks for joining
Ant
How about we discuss this on the Meta-Wiki mailing list, WikimediaMeta-l, as well? :-) (CC'ed there for notification)

It is a vastly underused list, as foundation-l tends to cover most meta issues. Meta is one of those projects that couldn't exist on its own, unlike, say Wiktionary which could easily become an independent project. It exists to discuss and support other projects, and support the WMF as a whole, like in this case, hosting Wikimania images.
Sadly, I have no idea how to register the list.

Ahhh, got it.
I was desperately searching for it with no results. But actucally, since it is a new group, I need to do a "refresh" to see it appear in the global list.
Working now. Thanks

On gmane, it's "gmane.org.wikimedia.meta".
