Just a little note: Moderation is not a punishment per se but rather a
measure to prevent posts being automatically forwarded to all list
subscribers. If his further posts are "normal" [sorry, I can't think
of a better word right now], they will be certainly approved and his
moderation will be immediately lifted. If not, then the moderation was
helpful resp. the sender can then be advised to e.g. contact OTRS with
his questions (And, before you misunderstand me, I'm not saying that
posts must be written in perfect English in order to be "normal", this
is not my point...)

HOW TO USE WIKIPEDIA TO A BETTER EXTENT
Are new members not moderated on foundation-l? Perhaps they should be...
They are not, as so far there has been no reason to do so. The amount
of spam from new members is considerably low. This particular
subscriber has now been moderated.
Holy crap guys. It's probably just a misdirected message from someone
who is a little lost. I sent him, off-list, to
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Researching_with_Wikipedia
right after he posted.
There is no need to take up arms over a single silly email.
