Has the board considered and or replied to the other recommendations of the FDC, in particular the process recommendations around the submission of the WMF proposal and the criticism offered by the FDC of the proposal submitted in this round?

Yes, we considered the FDC assessment on the WMF proposal, and we are still discussing the implications. Anyway, we had a strict deadline to approve the funding allocation and thus we decided to separate those discussions.
