Hoi,
You know that templates are copied. As it is not a good thing to have all
the projects involved suffer the fate of rejection, it seems to me that a
bit of patience is the best strategy for an optimal result. Optimal being as
little aggravation as possible.
It may be clear that future proposals without someone proposing the project
will be just rejected.
Thanks,
Gerard

Hoi,
On Meta in the "Request for new languages" there is a separate page with
information about each request. These pages include a template that gives
the language committee the necessary information to evaluate the request.
Part of the template is a field tagged as "*Users interested in forming
an
editing community*:" A month ago it came to
my attention that several
requests did not include this field. Consequently it is not possible to
judge if there are indeed people willing to support such a request. At
the
time I added this field and added ????.
I thought it has been since a long time ago not only a requirement that
the field exists, but also that it includes at least one native speaker,
and that considerable regular activity in the Incubator is recorded from
several contributors.
Cheers
Yaroslav
