Hello all.
We have finally formalized the dates for bidding for Wikimania 2009. Bidding officially runs from December 15 to February 3, allowing the prospective bidders a much longer period of time in which to present and polish their bids for Wikimania 2009.
The jury will be announced on January 12.
Information about Wikimania 2009 can be found at http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimania_2009.

- *February 3rd:* Question & Answer from jury begins. - *February 3rd - February 14:* Refining of bids and answering jury's questions. - *February 3rd:* Question & Answer from jury ends - *February 3rd - February 14:* Jury deliberation.
Are you sure that's correct? If so, it looks a little cluttered, why not just say Q/A from jury on February 3?
It may be cluttered, but looks correct to me.

Q&A beginning and ending on the same day? Doesn't look right to me... if that were the intention, it would just be on one line...
