Please forward all message files to
http://bugzilla.wikimedia.org in a new
bug report, so that they can be reviewed.
Custom interface files from a particular wiki can be easily updated by
copying the wikicode in "view source" mode, and just translating it. A local
sysop will help you out then. That goes for all wikis, not just Commons.

Hi,
I feel my request to use the admin tools on Commons was unfairly rejected
because of many many reasons. I would like to appeal this unfair decision
of
the voters and get my chance to present my case
infront of a neutural set
of
people. I request this because I will not accept this
kind of behavior in
a
Wikimedia site. This is, IMHO, against the ideas of
Wikimedia and against
the reasons for which Adminship exists. Can you please advise to whom I
should speak to?
Thanks,

Yoni,
Titoxd has posted link to files that contain message-language patterns . You
just download that for your language and edit with some text editor. After
that you ask people from that project to who you should sent modified file.
Also if someone has newer date file which is in use let they post it.
I hope to be of help,
Darko
