The "problem with your article?" page for en:wp is:

It directs people to either the Help Desk or to OTRS. The Help Desk appears to be getting a few reasonable queries from organisations, which are being dealt with properly.

The "quality" queue - issues needing Looked At - has been kind of stable for the past few days - there's still a massive backlog, but there's only a small number younger than four days or so. I think this may indicate a lot of material has been diverted...
