What is the new purely http API address?
I need to know the hit of https on various processes.

I don't think there is one.
All on-wiki discussion agrees that the http service has been unceremoniously dumped. Various reasons are given: HSTS won't allow you to access it (not quite true) and that it would allow SSL Stripping attacks (almost totally false).
