I just noticed this:

It is a CD version of the German Wikipedia. That's all nice and fine but what process was used to clear the use of the official Wikipedia logo and name?

I'm just a bit worried about the legal ramifications - esp in ref to trademark and liability if there are copyvios since this looks like an official Wikipedia publication.

In short, I'd like to hear from an IP lawyer before anything else like this happens.
