Google bought [[JotSpot]] today for an undisclosed amount. Let's hope they do something useful with it (1 gig free wiki hosting, anyone?)

Schmidt is really in a panic. These recent acquisitions are reactionary, rather than proactive. I think Google is having direction problems, despite their glowing 10K reports.

I wonder if Amazon Web Services will offer wiki hosting (and document sharing) in future?
It would form an obvious adjunct to the "Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud" also known as "Amazon EC2"...
