I have made a proposal regarding me hiring staff to follow up on copy and paste issues on Wikipedia. The staff would not only determine how common the issue is, but would also collect data on what type of responses that improve things going forwards.

When they pick up issues they will also be reverting the issues in question. Thus part of what they would be doing is editing Wikipedia. I would like to check with the community regarding if they are okay with me doing this.
