The mail claims: * moral rights are violated since authors are only displayed in history * only the mail (?) and not the name is displayed in the history, which violates moral rights * authors yield their exclusive right of ownership to Wikipedia. This is wrong imo: authors licence the content under the GFDL, but keep ownership, articles are the authors' property, not Wikipedia's. And authors still have their right to licence their contribution to something else - but all content written on Wikipedia is GFDL.
Of course IANAL, so someone else will explain more in details :)
