*Highlights and ideas to take to your orgs and communities:*

- on-line trainings and meetings grew our audience and helped us engage long-time community members who have never attended live events - inviting Wikimedia Foundation product & development staff to talk to the community during an on-line event can greatly sped up consensus building on enabling new features - we can scale each employee's efforts through connecting them with a group of volunteers (and vice versa, but more on that in our 2021 report) - podcasts can be a good vector to reach potential partners and inspire them to come to us - as more partners want to work with us to make culture open and accessible, we need a robust process to maintain high efficiency
