I'm glad the set up information of the Japanese edition of Wikinews.
We think about the problem in the Japanese Copyright Law.
While the Japanese version of Wikinews would be related to it, I heard that it doesn't
give Japanese leave to relinquish any copyright or make their copyright make PD.
Eloquence suggests us to use CC-by-2.5.
