Saying; 'tough, they asked for it' does not seem like the best path to me. And it
does become our
problem if we didn't handle this correctly and thus reduce the likihood of them being
so generous
in the future.

Is there room in the site notice to note that Virgin Unite is the
charitable arm of the Virgin Group, rather than just another Virgin
company?
(I suppose that's a complication we can do without thinking about 20
mins before showtime ;-)
