No it's not simple to compare but the amount donated in Asia is really small.

- For two of the major economies of East Asia, Wikipedia is *not* the
number one reference site for the general public. For China, it’s Baidu Baike and for Korea, it’s Naver.
As Seddon said, it is a far more complex picture than looking at
population
count and dollar amounts.
